Stuffed Chinese mushrooms
Products: 24 medium
Chinese mushrooms, 250 g lean pork mince, 2 pieces of ham, 6
chestnuts, chopped 1 tablespoon sherry or vermouth 1 tablespoon soy
sauce, 1 teaspoon of starch, 2 tablespoons oil, 1 teaspoon teaspoon
sugar 2 tablespoons oyster sauce, parsley.
mushrooms are flooded with water to soften (about 30 minutes). Of
this water reserve 4 tablespoons. Starch mix well with alcohol, soy
sauce, minced meat, chopped ham, chestnuts and sugar. Mushrooms are
filled with this mixture and place in skillet with heated oil, so
that the filling remains on top. Fry 1 minute, the temperature is
reduced, add the water from the mushrooms, the court covers, so boil
another 15 minutes. Lastly, add sauce and oyster mushrooms are
steamed again. Serve warm, almost immediately after being removed
from the fire.
