Stewed Chinese Cabbage
Ingredients: 500 g Chinese cabbage (can be replaced by usual), a handful of dried shrimp, 4 dried Chinese mushrooms, 1 slice ham, 1 tablespoon soy sauce 2 tablespoons sherry, 1 tablespoon of starch or flour, 3 / 4 cup broth, ginger, sugar, oil.
Preparation: cabbage cut into strips with a length of 2-3 cm, mushrooms and shrimp are soaked in water for 30 minutes. Mushrooms cut into strips, and thin slices of ham.
