Fried spinach
Ingredients: 500 grams spinach, 1 onion, 25 ml oil, salt, pepper, 25 grams of soy sauce.
Preparation: Clean the spinach, washed, leaves are left intact and not be cut. Chop Chop retail. In very hot oil to fry onions, add spinach, salt and pepper, fry a further 2-3 minutes stirring continuously. Once the spinach is tender, pour in soy sauce and stew for 1 minute more.
