Chinese Food - Recipe for Clear soup


 
 

Clear soup
Ingredients: 120 g minced meat, 250 g of vegetables (cucumbers or spinach), 250 g protein, 10 g shrimp, 10 ml sherry or cognac, 5 g of sesame oil, 500 ml basic broth, ginger.
Preparation: minced meat, spices and broth is slightly smaller oval meat balls. Broth Boil and marbles are placed in it. Temperature decreases and the soup simmer. 15 minutes before being knocked out by fire, are added to the shrimp and vegetables.
