Broth with liver
Products: 700-800 ml basic broth, 275 g beef or chicken liver, 15 g pepper, 15 ml of wine or brandy, 15 g smoked pork bellies, 4 eggs, 1-2 stalks of green onion, parsley, ginger.
Preparation: bile is cut into small pieces or grind. Eggs are beaten, onion and parsley are finely chopped and diced pork bellies.
