Chinese Food - Recipe for Broth of shark fins


 
 

Broth of shark fins
Products: 40 g of shark fins, 80 ml white chicken meat, mushrooms South, 10 ml sherry or brandy, 10 g bamboo tips, 5 g soy sauce, 700-800 ml basic broth, 1 egg, ginger, sesame oil, sunflower oil.
Preparation: Grind the chicken, add water, beaten egg, cut into thin strips mushrooms, bamboo and tips from shark fins (pre-processed). Everything is stirred well and placed in small portions to the boiling
broth. The foam is harvested, add spices and let simmer a few minutes.
Broth is served sprinkled with sesame oil.
