Broth in shandun
Ingredients: 100 g dried sea cucumber, 60 g of boiled pork, 700-800 ml basic broth, 2 onions, 10 ml of wine or brandy 5 ml sesame oil, 5 g soy sauce, 5 ml of vinegar, 1 egg, ginger, black pepper, salt.
Preparation: Dried sea cucumber, pork and pancakes made from eggs, cut in diamonds, place in a broth that is heated. Add spice, sesame oil, vinegar, chopped onion and pepper. Broth is served warm.
