Bead Soup with peas
Products: 700-800 ml broth, 120 g pork, 30 g peas, 15 g onion, 10 ml of wine or cognac, 5 g soy sauce, 5 ml sesame oil, 1 egg white, ginger, salt.
Preparation: Grind the pork, add some water, egg whites, chopped onion, ginger, salt, sesame oil and everything is well kneaded. From this mixture make small balls (the cherry). Placed in the boiling broth. Stay for 1 minute, then add peas. When the bouillon boil again, put and spices. The soup is served sprinkled with sesame oil.
