Squid with bamboo tips
Ingredients: 300 g squid, bamboo-tipped 60 g, 30 g lard, 15 ml sesame oil, soy sauce South,
1 onion, 20 ml of cognac, 1 tablespoon vinegar
2 cloves garlic salt.
Preparation: squid cleaned from skin and together with the bamboo are cut into thin strips. Scaling up with hot water.
In 50 ml of broth mix all the spices. Bamboo squid and fry in a small but highly preheated oil, pour in seasoning, stir. Fry 3-4 minutes, then serve warm.
