Sea cucumber with pork and chicken
Ingredients: 100 g meat of sea cucumber, 150 ml broth, 35 g chicken, 20 g pork, 20 g starch, 10 g soy sauce, brandy 20 ml, 5 g sugar, crushed peppermint peppers, oil, onions.
Preparation: Clear and processed sea cucumber, pork and poultry are cut
into pieces and be scalded with boiling water. Remove and drain. Then pour in a pan with very hot oil. Add cornstarch dissolved in water than broth, alcohol and burnt sugar. The liquid should boil and simmer until thickened. Remove meat and ranks in a deep bowl and sprinkle with oil, which are fried onions and spicy peppers.
