Chinese Food - Recipe for Guanchzhou red sauce


 
 

Guanchzhou red sauce

Ingredients: 2,5 liters of boiling water, 500 g soy sauce, sherry 250 g or vermouth, 350 g sugar 35 g salt 15 g star anise 15 g lakritsa, 15 g cinnamon 15 g apple, ginger 7 g, 7 Carnation d, 7 d spicy pepper tszyo hwa. Fried or cooked products are smothered in this sauce until completely ready.
