Fried Noodles
Ingredients: 400 g noodles, cooking oil 50 ml. Preparation: Boiled noodles are as described above and is drained, then placed in a deep container in which there is hot oil and fry. Adding soy sauce, ginger and yeh Jin, noodles receive specific taste. As it can be added other products - meat, vegetables, eggs and more. When cooking meat, boiled noodles are recommended to be fried in the sauce that remains in the pan after cooking the meat.
