Ingredients: 1,5 l water, 400 g noodles or spaghetti 2 teaspoons oil, salt.
Preparation: The water must boil. Chinese noodle stew for about 13-14 minutes, Italian pasta for a little more. When you reach the desired consistency, remove noodles, rinse with cold water and allow to drain. Returns back to the heated vessel, sprinkle with oil and stir so as to be covered with a thin film of fat which does not allow individual pieces to adhere. Warmed up.
The prepared noodles can be served as a garnish or as a main meal with all food types.
