Candied Potatoes

Products: 10 medium potatoes, 250 g sugar, 1 cup water, 0.500 l oil. Preparation: Cut the potatoes into cubes of side 3 cm to fry until golden. Pour into the prepared boiling sugar syrup for 2 minutes until caramelize it. Thus prepared potatoes are served alone or immediately after the second meat dish, usually e.s hot spices.
