Ingredients: 500 g minced pork, shrimp 250 g, 6

1 teaspoon ginger, 1 teaspoon sesame oil.

Preparation: pork mince is kneaded with peeled and
chopped shrimp, with chopped chestnuts, with onions and ginger. From
this mixture cook 6 balls.
Mushrooms are left to soften in warm
water. Wash cabbage and cut into thin strips (can remain whole
leaves), stem removed. With half of the cabbage is covered bottom of
the container for baking. Meat balls are oval in flour and fry in
