Ingredients: 180 g white fish, 20 g fat, 10 grams breadcrumbs, 5 g soy sauce, 5 ml sesame oil, 1 egg, ginger, salt, sweet paprika.
Preparation: The fish is washed and cleaned, cut into pieces, separate the skin. Marinate in the sauce of sesame oil, soy sauce, ginger, pepper and salt for 10-15 minutes.
Pieces of fish drain and roll them in a mixture of onion and egg, then in breadcrumbs. Fry in a heavy, highly hot oil, remove and thoroughly drain oil, which are fried. The dish is served sprinkled with fragrant red pepper.
