Breaded fish
Ingredients: 150 grams of whitefish or carp, 30 g starch, 1 protein, 15 g lard, hot red pepper, salt.
Preparation: The fish is washed and cleaned, cut into small pieces, marinate for 10 - 15 minutes in alcohol sauce and soy sauce. Roll it in a mixture of egg whites and cornstarch and fry in plenty of very hot oil. Before serving sprinkle with hot paprika.
