Soya Curd Dishes
Mapudoufu (fragrant soy curd)
Ingredients: 100 g Soy cheese, diced, minced beef 100 g and 50 g of clean beans, 50 g finely chopped garlic, 15 g fermented black beans, 75 ml oil, soy sauce to taste, pepper, hot red pepper, starch dissolved in water.
