Fried Lamb
Ingredients: 125 g lamb, 1 egg, 10 g soy sauce, 10 ml sherry or vermouth, 15 g lard, 1 teaspoon of starch, 1. onion, star anise, pepper worms pepper, salt, Oe Jin.
