China Food - recipe for Walnuts with honey and soy sauce


Walnuts with honey and soy sauce
nuts - 125 g nut halves
Honey - 3 tbsp
soy sauce - 2 tbsp light
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Oil - for frying

Soy sauce and honey to the mix, adding the kernels. Allow to stand for 1 hour, stirring them occasionally. Kernels are and let them drain for 15 minutes to dry, then roll in sugar.
