Walnuts with honey and soy sauce
nuts - 125 g nut halves
Honey - 3 tbsp
sauce - 2 tbsp light
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Soy sauce and honey to the mix,
adding the kernels. Allow to stand for 1 hour, stirring them

dry, then roll in sugar.
Heat oil in a wok pan. Reduce
heat, add nuts and cook 2-3 minutes, stirring until they are
golden and sugar is caramelized. Remove, drain from oil and spread
them on a plate by dividing the nuts apart.
