Sweet cream peanuts
Ingredients: 50 g chopped peanuts, 60 g sugar, 20 g starch, milk (water).
Preparation: Starch is dissolved in 60 ml water. In saucepan place chopped peanuts, a little milk (or water) and mix until a uniform mixture. Add cornstarch and boil to fully thicken. Continuous stirring. The finished cream is served in bowls while still warm.
