Chestnuts in syrup
Ingredients: 250 g chestnuts, 150 g of sugar, water.
Preparation: Peel Chestnuts, including the skin. Place in saucepan with water to fuming, h picks up the foam and pour sugar. Allow to cook about 20 minutes over low heat. Serve hot or chilled.
