A handful of

oil is filtered. Store in a cool and used as the preparation of
hot meals and cold as an accompaniment to meals.
Fry to golden handful of sesame seeds in
250 ml of oil. The oil is filtered and stored in a cool dark
place. Used for salads and hot dishes.
Oil with garlic
