Stewed duck

Ingredients: 1 duck, 50 g flour, 2 eggs, 50 g soy sauce, 5 g salt, 25 ml sherry or brandy, 1 onion, ginger, 0.500 liters of oil, sweet red pepper, star anise, red pepper.
Preparation: Wash the duck and cleaned. Beaten eggs mixed with flour and 50 ml oil, so as to obtain a homogeneous mass. Duck flood with water, enough to cover. Boil, add soy sauce, salt, onion, ginger, black pepper, red pepper, star anise, cinnamon. Boil over low heat. Ready meat is removed, allow to cool and remove from the bones, then cut and even rotate in the mixture of eggs and flour. Fry in abundant hot oil to 170 C until golden crust forms. Breaded pieces are arranged so as to obtain the original form of the duck. Serve with fragrant red pepper.
