Marinated chicken

Ingredients: 1 chicken, 300 g soy sauce, 60 g salt 10 g sugar, 70 ml of wine or sherry, 25 g onion, 3 g ginger, star anise 10 g, 10 g cinnamon.
Preparation: for marinating sauce is made from salt, sugar, chopped ginger, star anise, cinnamon. Products are tied in gauze and placed in 1 / 2 liter of boiling water, which put soy sauce and wine. Boil over low heat 15
