Chicken with mushrooms
Ingredients: 1 / 2 boiled chicken, 150 grams mushrooms, 25 g
soy sauce, 10 g onion, 20 ml sherry or vermouth, 20 g starch, 50
ml oil, ginger, garlic, pepper.
Preparation: The meat
separates from bones and cut into thin strips. Mushrooms are also
cut into thin strips, and onions are finely minced. In heated oil
lightly fry the garlic and ginger.
Add meat, mushrooms, onions,
stir several times and flooded with 100 ml of broth and soy sauce.
Add pepper. Serve decorated with green onions.
