Chicken liver with cucumber
Products: 375 g chicken livers 2 cups unpeeled, sliced cucumber
strips, a few stalks celery (without roots and leaves), sliced 1
cm thick, ginger, oil.
Products for marinating sauce: 2
tablespoons soy sauce 1 tablespoon sherry or vermouth, 1 1 / 2
teaspoon of flour or starch.
