Chicken in hot sweet sauce
Ingredients: 500 g of white chicken meat, 1 cucumber, cut into
strips 1 tomato, 200 g fresh mushrooms, sliced wholesale 1 green
pepper, cut into strips 1 teaspoon ginger oil.
sauce: 1 tablespoon flour, dissolved in water mixed with 2
tablespoons vinegar and 1 teaspoon burnt sugar.
