Beef with tangerine peel
Ingredients: 500 g beef round, 0.500 l peanut
oil, 30 ml of hot oil 30 ml garlic oil, 20 g soy sauce, 35 g
sugar, 3-4 tangerine (or orange) peel, cut into squares, 4-5 g
ginger , 3 cloves garlic, 1 stalk green onion (white part), 10 g
red pepper, 1 small dried red chili pepper, black pepper.
Preparation: Cut meat into cubes (4x4 cm) izparzhva quickly in
very hot peanut oil and transfer to another pan. Pour in water and
