Beef steam

Ingredients: 1 kg of beef, 0.500 liters of oil, 150 g flour 20 ml sherry or vermouth, 3 eggs, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon hot pepper tszyo hwa, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, ginger, black pepper.
Directions: The meat is cut into two halves, place in cold water, heat until boiling. The meat is removed, wash with hot water, put plenty of salt on all sides and marinate one hour in a sauce of onions, alcohol, ginger, black pepper, Hua tszyo, cinnamon, cloves and star anise. Returns in the pan and stew steam for 3 hours. Once removed, leave to cool it is cut into pieces with a thickness of 4 cm
Prepare a mixture of fried eggs
flour and 30 ml of oil.
Chopped meat is roll in the mixture and fry until golden color received.
Breaded slices of meat are served hot, sprinkled with Hua tszyo.
