Beef in spicy broth
Ingredients: 1 kg of beef, 250 g of carrots,
turnips 250 g, 25 g sherry or vermouth, 1-2 small onions, salt,
ginger, yeah Jin, dry red chili pepper, black pepper.
Directions: Cut beef into cubes (2x2 cm), and carrots and turnip -
into thin strips. The meat is placed in cold water. Allow to boil,
